Pros
I honestly have never felt more content in a job. My managers have been nice, the workload is manageable - and they encourage you to ask for help when it's not. They are very supportive of things happening in "real" life. I work remotely so that's a huge plus too.
Cons
The software is a bit antiquated but honestly not any worse than any other insurance company I have worked at, and I've worked at several of the bigger name ones. Could be more diverse BUT it's something that is being addressed and thought about (at least on my team). Also I was appreciative that management was transparent about this during my interview process so I could decide if that felt like a safe work environment for me.
