Pros
My first-year review of UDS. Day in and day out, I am constantly finding out that there is so much to learn about this industry, and I thank UDS for giving me this opportunity. Hands down, UDS provides the best quality product for their clients and it’s because of the quality of people they hire. As a growing company there are plenty of opportunities at UDS, and people are given these opportunities to learn other parts of the business on a routine basis. Specially if you are willing to take chances, put in the hard work, and produce. You just have to actively pursue growth within the company and let your manager know what you want out of your time with the company. Management is very honest, open, and fair. They do expect you to have a healthy work/life balance, but at the same time, also expect you to perform and get your work done. Overall, it is evident that management truly care for their employees. In my opinion, what really makes UDS a cut above the rest are its top-notch employees and culture. While the culture is relaxed and fun, it can be fast paced and stressful at times. Nonetheless, the company is filled with talented people who are always willing to give a helping hand and share something new. Since day one, everyone I’ve worked with are friendly, helpful, and just outright good people, which gives me a sense of belonging as well as the drive to continue learning and growing. I am just grateful to be part of this well-oiled machine and could not be happier to be a member of this work family.
Cons
Like most companies, at times, project deadlines can organically turn into "tight" deadlines when it finally reaches your desk, so to speak. And when this happens, it can be stressful performing at your absolute best.
