Very good and helpful environment

No amenities in the town. Rural environment

flexible timing, lots of holidays

Salary gets delayed by months. Sometimes people don't get it for 6-7 months. The worst part - you have to bribe clerks and accountants to pass your salary files. Zero professionalism. Professors who are put in charge often don't have experience in managing people and they play favoritism. They hire people they know or their ex-students. Nothing gets done in time. I had to run for 3 months for just to create an email address. No learning opportunity and absolutely zero growth. Too much office politics.
