This is coming from someone who has been with V Group for years (9+). The list of pros is long, but I'll try to be to the point. Work environment: A well balanced environment to work. It is professional and yet a very friendly environment to work. The staff is extremely helpful and supportive, and most importantly, knowledgeable. I am assured that there is someone just a phone call away. Work culture : Very welcoming environment and culture. Period. Communication: Communication/emails are clear and response is swift. Health coverage: Employee health insurance coverage is provided for the group. Employee is free to opt-out if so desires. Growth trajectory : Great opportunities here. This is a place where you will be able to grow professionally and will find like minded folks offering professional solutions to a variety of clients spanning across the country and beyond.
