      Nothing is good here TBH

      Cons

      They don’t provide job security and fire employees within a week of joining without any reason. They don’t know how to talk to their subordinates. HR is useless and don’t take any action of you complains.

      Good option for growth if you show result. Sometimes micro management also, depends upon your boss, good company to start your career and learn about business.
