Unless you are a family member of the owners, you won't go far or get paid fairly. Family members are allowed to work from home indefinitely without asking but if you need to work from home for a personal reason you get denied. "Butts in seats" is their motto, unless you are close with management. They refuse to fire people who routinely screw up, but will fire a new person on the spot or throw them under the bus if they mess up once. I saw this time and time again.
