Great company - Drafting VAE Group Employee Review

Great down to earth managers & execs who support a good work-life balance. Senior management are all really approachable and good for a chat. Met some of the best people here who I've kept in touch with even if they've parted ways with the business. Has been leaps and bounds above other Construction/Service businesses I've worked at previously.

The company is getting bigger so a lot of the departments don't get the opportunities to mingle with other departments as much.
