Pros
The atmosphere and the colleagues couldn't be better. I feel like VALA truly lives by its values. The office is really nice, and the location is excellent. The option to work remotely is also very important to me.
Cons
I can't think of any major cons. However, I do wish there was a wider variety of clients so that everyone could find a project that genuinely interests them. Additionally, the office can get a bit too cold during winter. Compensation could be better.
