      Pros

      The members, lots of downtime especially in the midnight shift, fairly easy.

      Cons

      Supervisor doesn't really supervise. The midnight workers sleep and they never got in trouble. Always got called since short staffed.

      Other people try to run the homes that don’t know what they’re doing. You will get in trouble for other people mistakes
