      Pros

      Good working conditions, has the right values regarding how a company should treat employees. Works hard on giving back to the community.

      Cons

      Should practice what they preach to all employees. Company is not doing well financially and unfortunately has laid off a lot of employees. A family based business that needs to watch how the top employees are handling their business. Benefits are expensive.

      Resources provided to get work done, family atmosphere, pay is good, training provided, hours of work, opportunity to advance and do more

      Cons

      Sometimes roles need to be better defined, no employer match for 401k, heavy in the unions so lot of red tape

      Some promotions are given on time served rather that ability. While this is not true company wide it can be seen in some division.
