Wouldn't know the name of the lady or man in the team next door, there is no collaboration or synergy. Very backwards workplace culture. However, that's what you would expect from a politically geared organisation.

We had a fun team and a great culture within our group

Good performance was not acknowledge and combined with pressure to perform was very unsatisfiying professionally
