Every company have their own Pros and cons.it has too 1. Infrastructure is not good as compare to its name 2. Salary Structure is less as compare to other company but for fresher level skills are most impotent than salary. i am not telling that salary is not a matter for fresher level.............once you will gain skills, verts will also able to pay huge amount, numbers of seniors already getting a handsome salary
