      Great office space, interesting projects, a fun mix of creatives

      Cons

      People are hired and fired at an alarming pace. The founder does not have a clear vision of what the company is and how it can be monetized and sustained. Working environment is generally chaotic, expect to receive a lot of frantic e-mails at 1AM.

      The VFILES brand is on the fringe of current pop culture.

      Cons

      Julie Ann Quay is a thief. She ripped off as a contractor, and there are other horror stories from other vendors/employees dealing with her. I was actually warned by a colleague to be cautious, but I had no idea she does business like this. I would stay away and advise any other person to stay away in kind. Her company is run intensely chaotic and disorganized; she will ask you to chew off your left arm to get something done on a unrealistic deadline, only to not pay you.
