      pay was okay for industry and location

      At the time of this writing, the company owes many employees back pay. The pay exceeds 3 weeks of work, and even more for some. This has been ongoing for about 5 weeks at the time of this writing. In October 2025, a large portion of the entire US employee population was laid off with less than 24 hours notice. At the time of this writing There is currently an article in the Houston Chronicle, about this company owing backtaxes.

      Positive market outlook and strong leadership team that is focused on next-generation manufacturing. The c-suite, management team, and employees are motivated by the mission and impact they're making on personalized medicine.

      Cons

      Tuition reimbursement could be expanded to include coursework outside of core function.
