VHB is very welcoming and flexible with work/life balance. The hybrid approach is not one size fits all but more what fits best for you. Good office culture on office days and a really good support network for entry levels to learn and advance.
Cons
Workload can at times be heavy, but so is the nature of consulting.
Billability and expectations are pretty high overall.
