The working schedule is great, rotational schedule basis, two weeks on site working and two weeks off for holiday. Practically have the privilege of having 6 months holiday annually.

Not very challenging and rather mundane work as it is mostly administrative. The career path is rather unclear, and lack of appreciation from management to the employees.
