Pros
• Pay was very fair for someone with my level of experience • Expectations and deadlines were very reasonable • Coworkers and management all had very pleasant attitudes • Allowed lots of room to express creativity in design
Cons
• Often felt like there was a lack of structure • Internal systems felt very disconnected from a design perspective • Teams were spread out globally, meaning that syncing overseas collaboration was difficult
