      Other team members are fab (I’m site based), good benefits. Very flexible when needed, variety of work load. All staff throughout the company are very friendly and helpful

      Cons

      No real local induction to explain policies, processes etc. I’ve Had to find every thing out for myself. Quite disorganised in this respect

      Cons

      working on sites at Vinci projects requires a long daily hours that negatively reflects all your other activities during the day if company didn't provide with house near to working area
