Pros

The preventative maintenance and tires they carry

Cons

First off the company expects alot out of there employees. They will work there employees to death in order to get a pay check. How you get paid is off of productivity and it very difficult to make enough billed hours to hit your productivity. The pay isn't even good either you don't make any decent amount of money without over working your self. They expect so much and the employees get so little. They say they give alot to employees but I have worked so hard here and gotten nothing in return. Alot of staff have complained about not getting a tool incentive. VIP has one but the amount of money you get isn't enough to out way the amount of tools you need. They also have a tool program so newcomers to the auto industry can get a start but the tool program barley covers the basics. The amount the company charges customers is absolutely ridiculous i have see other shop/companies charge way less then our company and offer the same benefits, same quality and same or better pay to there employees. Customers feels scammed and feels all this company wants is there money. They like having technicians that hit there productivity and mess up on customer's vehicles then a technician that takes care of the customers vehicle. THEY DONOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER OR STAFF.

Pros

Pay is very good Paid training is second to none. Upper management encourages continued education at their expense Tool allowance program is a huge plus, starting technicians get a tool cart full of tools that they need to get started. And after a full year of employment, get to keep! Safety is a huge priority and I know I can feel safe when going to work I know my direct supervisor and my DM have my back and can help me go where I want to in my career

Cons

I have worked in many stores and all of them do something different than the others. In the end they all want our clients to have a different and better experience. I have worked with many managers who prioritized staff moral and some who unfortunately haven't.

Pros

Experience in the field, semi decent hourly.

Cons

Drastically overworked. Mandatory 6 days a week especially around tire season. 9.5 hour days. Management argues when you want to go to lunch. They bring in 1.5 hour jobs with half an hour to go and expect workers to stay. The front end gets their bonuses based on how many vehicles come in so they pack them in even with no time or not enough workers. No bonuses for Technicians.
