2 years before there was very good team. But nowadays no proper team especially in Bengaluru almost all the senior engineers left organizations. But management not hiring same level engineers. Only hiring fresher's and running the show with 1 or 2 experienced engineers for 300+ clients. Because of this we can't expect any time for personal life even Saturday and Sunday also we get off rearly. In ratio maybe 1 or 2 weekends. I recommend freshers not to join on this domain it's simply wasting time and career.
