Pros
Great work environment. The people are all friendly and everyone has volunteered their help. On day two we celebrated someone's 40th anniversary with the company and multiple people commented on the huge amounts of experience and history many others have with the organization. Clearly, they're doing things well. The sales team, customer service team, and finance team all work in the same building just a few rows away from one another which makes for a really tight knit group too.
Cons
Sales are handled on the phone which can be challenging if you come from a more direct, face-to-face, sales background. However, as I mentioned, everyone is incredibly friendly and willing to help.
