I do not have any cons, a great place to gain experience and learn about the city.

There are some fine people at the organization and the work can be fun.

The pay is not great. They love to tout inclusivity, acceptance, and a hunger to advocate for the underrepresented, but a multitude of their actions clearly go against this.
