They have good techs here. The pay was decent, they were very understanding of family work balance. All the top end equipment. Multiple DRP, no shortage of work. Good customer service.

Not too many. Sometimes I would be stuck between what leadership wanted to do, different ways of doing things between the two owners. Was always worried about the future of the place and where I would belong.

No pros at all other then health insurance

Higher ups don’t know how to run a autobody shop. Training is spars. If you don’t pick up a skill within the first few times you do it they’ll stop investing in you and your training. If they can hire a HB1 visa worker they’ll bully you day in day out till you quit to hire a worker that isn’t even a citizen of the US all to save a buck. Their process is the worst out of all the shops I’ve been at so far. They push for flat rate yet can’t even get cars in the door.
