- Flexible environment, choose your own working hours and choose your own stack (if starting a new project). - Requires rapid development skills. - Clam and knowledgeable people. - Situated in IIIT Hyderabad Campus, so great food, access to all student facilities and good networking opportunities.
Cons
- Too much emphasize on literate programming sometimes leads to poor outcomes. - Top boss is obsessed with Emacs and all employs have to use emacs only which leads to the slow development process and use of old tools. - Requirements are very fragile and change very frequently which demotivate the developers.
