- Good pay (and never defaults the salary payment to employees) - Target Oriented yet not stress or pressure given by the team - As an employee, we do have direct access to the Top Management - Lenient HR Policies - Peaceful Work Environment - The top management guides and mentors you to handle and assess work-related issues (in relation to client and customer relationship management) - Good Unity Among Employees

-Not structured -Work/ Tasks is not defined (you would have to figure it out yourself) -Training/ Job Induction/ Orientation is missing.
