Working at VOESH has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences of my career. I’m not sure where to begin. I guess I will start with the only ONE positive, which is the people working there (aside from management) are all very kind people who are awesome at their jobs. Sadly, they’re just not in a place that will allow them to thrive, rather manipulates them on a daily basis. The company lacks a dedicated HR department, leading to an insanely toxic work environment where employees have absolutely no job security. Management operates entirely on emotions rather than logic or business sense, making decisions based on personal feelings rather than what's best for the company or its employees. If you say something that even slightly hurts their feelings, you can lose your job without warning—there’s no stability at all. The CEO is involved in every decision, regardless of how minor, which not only slows down progress but also results in constant shifts in direction. This lack of trust in the people hired to do their jobs creates an environment where nothing gets accomplished, and any momentum is quickly lost. The CEO’s need to control everything, combined with their emotional decision-making, makes it impossible for the company to move forward. As if that weren’t enough, there’s a complete disregard for the well-being of employees. There’s no support, no care, and certainly no consideration for the people who are trying to keep the business afloat. Morale is so low in the team that meetings are actually depressing. It's clear that VOESH is a brand in decline, destined to go under because they simply don’t know how to market themselves properly or manage their team effectively. They don’t seem to want to learn from their mistakes and it’s going to come back to haunt them in the end. If you value your career, your sanity, and your sense of job security, do yourself a favor and RUN AWAY from VOESH. This is not a company that cares about its employees or its future.
