The concept of the platform is very good and most company-users enjoy the product and the stability of the platform. Many very talented developers, advanced services engineers, and project & sales team members.

In 2016 and 2017 several strategic decisions allowed multiple competitors to advance on a once almost-sole-leader in the market. The advancement of competing products led to the company playing catch up when they were once the undisputed leader in the market. The company takes a long time to admit when senior executive decisions were not in the best interest of the company so the management teams and engineers are forced to continue down a "less fruitful" path for far too long after the decisions should have been dropped in lieu of a direction. Eventually, the delayed re-vectoring of resources/plans made the company feel sluggish in terms of following the market.
