      Pros

      The company contributes to 401k, which is not common anymore. Salaries are good for area. Workplace is close to the beach - desirable area to live.

      Cons

      Senior management has little to no contact with employees nor cares what they think. Health insurance plan is terrible. Morale is very low. No potential to grow. Very political. Promotions are based on popularity contests not merit. Differences in opinions are not tolerated. A place for the "yes"man.
