      Pros

      The clothes and some staff are great to work with.

      Cons

      Low pay. Poor treatment of staff. MANAGEMENT ARE FRIENDS so nepotism is a real big issue. NO HR. Doesn't care about size representation. Rich white people mentality.

      None. Stay away from this place

      Cons

      Low pay. Racist management. Lack of actual leadership. Inventory issues, the extremely low prices are only possible at the cost of consignors, many who feel cheated by VSP. By far the most unethical business I have ever seen.
