Given a lot of trust and freedom to do your job, diverse, remote working with the option to go into the office and good pay. A smallish company with a large amount of users so you do have the opportunity to make a lage impact. Co-workers are all super friendly and no drama. Free access to some AI tools from parent company Visma with regular opportunity to give feedback. A thorough QA team. 4 day work week

There is a lot of legacy to work through and the pipelines and builds are pretty slow. There is a lack of testing resulting in the odd issue/bug on release.

Good Work Environment with perks like a games room and coffee machine/snacks and social events.

Unpleasant repetitive work, low salary.
