Higher ups make outrageous salaries while the hks do most of the work and get no recognition for it. They will hire extra people to be able to keep everyone just under full time so they can cut your benefits. Terrible company culture. They claim to be inclusive and that"vacasa listens" they're not, and they don't! Company has no respect or care for the Housekeeping teams when they are the backbone of the company. Unless you NEED the job save yourself the headache & look elsewhere
