I like what I do, but the company makes it difficult to stay - Copywriter Vacasa Employee Review

I feel like my career has been stagnant since I started. No promotions, very minimal raises, and no roadmap to where any role could develop—not just mine, but across any given team. I know that I'm paid far less than others in my same role, but I have happily worked across several departments and step up whenever help is needed. The lack of compensation or role recognition feels like such serious disrespect. I don't know where this company is going.
