Great community work, passionate coworkers

Understaffed and lack of hands on training, lots of unorganized workloads and communication about workloads sucks

Great clientel, fun and interesting job, coworkers generally great people.

Turnover is extremely high (even for the field). 90% of people who have left have done so because of management/misguided priorities from the tip top. Even if you are a great employee who does all their work 100% of tge time, they find something to make you feel like you severely messed up. Often feel like you're a child. Meanwhile employees who don't pull their weight and should've been long let go manage to continue to skirt by with minimal effort.
