      Small salary, no ways to get ahead if you do not have a backup or somebody who is your family member or simply likes you,unfortunatelly people who are not comptetent are at leading positions especially at Small places like island Rab

      My chef and colleagues were great, we had one day free in a week, shifts were 8 hours, sometimes maybe a little more.

      Salaray could be a little bit bigger
