Pros
The company is passionate about learning and they have a great 3 day training session each year in Finland. The product is good and you can use it to find interesting content and training resources. The team is young and enthusiastic and it is good fun to work there. I enjoyed working there.
Cons
In London it was a bit cut off from the main company in Joensuu in Finland but they had attractive offices in London anyway.
