The money is good and the benefits are good. The hourly people I work with are great people to work with we get along great and make the best of a bad relationship with management in this building
Cons
Management have an attitude towards the workers in this building and treat them with very little respect. We are disciplined for little or no reason and as a mechanic there we are treated worse than any other part of the whole operation. No other department workers will ever come to the mill by choice. They would have to be forced over
