Informal company with good benefits Staff level people tend to work on teams.
Cons
Awful work environment. Being all the time afraid to lose your job since everything changes all the time. Very politic environment highly jealous and with low empowerment of the staff level. Managers are politics and career growth is not driven by performance. Career growth is driven by friendships and convenience. Written values are not practiced.
