      Pros

      Reasonable compensation, good work environment (although mining can certainly have its bad days) and safety as a priority are key. A lot of learning opportunities and career paths are available.

      Cons

      Mines are not the nicest places to work... The organization is very large so things can often be difficult to change/implement.
