The best part of working at Valencell was working on products that helped people and improved their lives. In addition, it was great to work with people who were kind, intelligent, and shared the goal of wanting to create products that helped people.

There was not much room for career growth due to the flat management structure of the company.

Everybody is super helpful and supportive of interns. If you have a question, somebody in the office is sure to have an answer. Also really cool to see what goes on in the lab!

Getting started is difficult. Products are very technical and it helps to be a self-starter!
