Pros

The people you work with

Cons

Bullying culture that is completely endorsed by Management and HR Blame culture - have to blame the lowest operators because management cant do their jobs Equal Opportunity employer? Thats a joke - its not WHAT you know - its WHO you know. Had an interview and BEFORE it took place I was told by people OUTSIDE of the company that X already knows they have it. Essentially X was told that if they go for the job, its theirs. Even with half the experience of others who went for it. Engineers too busy to fix problems on the floor People leave and they're not replaced. Management expect less people to do the same workload as before. Management don't listen to floor operators. When the company have lectures (aka "Communication session") they deliberately schedule them so that there is zero time for questions from the operators. When this issue was brought up, they ignored it. Zero thanks and recognition All benefits for staff are geared towards Dayshift. And mainly office staff - majority of things are not available for floor ops; let alone evening or nightshift ops.

Pros

Great place to learn and gain hands-on automotive experience. People are generally friendly and easy to get along with, and you’ll be exposed to a lot of technologies and real-world problem solving very quickly.

Cons

Upper management is disorganized and heavily political. Decision making is often chaotic, priorities constantly change, and there is very little work-life balance. Long hours and high stress can burn people out quickly.
