      Nice policies on paper .

      Cons

      Micro management at peak. unable to work until their unrealistic expectations. Treating engineers like slaves. Bombard you with work, just because the managers overcommit to their boss. They don't have fool proof processes, rather draining out employee's time and effort. 1 engineer managed by multiple managers.

      Great pay,great family work balance, Great upper management.I value my job and look forward to going to work. The best part is we're a diversified company. There are monthly attendance bonuses. Its truly a great company too work with. This company treats people very well.HR has an open door policy and is there for every employee. I've been with this company for around 5 years
