      Pros

      I get health insurance and PTO. That has been a game changer. It is the only online job that I have been able to find that offers this, I have a schedule that allows me to take care of my family and I don't have to commute. Number of sessions a week is way lower than my last agency job. Clients are interesting. I worked before for an online provider that was a total scam and I couldn't make ends meet. But Valera has pretty consistent pay.

      Cons

      The charting software is not as intuitive as I would like. Changes happen quickly. This last year is better than previous years though. Pay varies on visits completed. This is a pro too, since weeks where I see many clients I get paid more and when I am low, I still get a base salary, unlike the last place a worked that just paid by the visit.

      Pros

      I was hired, during my interview process I explained my concern for working with a company and then being let go with no actual explanation. The interview team expressed there wouldn’t be any of that. I wasn’t even there for a full month and they let me go with no explanation besides it had something to do with financial reasons

      Training period was great, also great communication between supervisors and other employees
