      Thoughtful and helpful management, most of the co-workers are friendly, challenging projects, freedom to choose tasks at free time, ample time and resources to learn new technologies and many more.

      Cons

      Even though the benefits are excellent, the take home basic pay is relatively low, not much scope to climb the ranks.
