      Pros

      Flexible schedule, I never miss my kids games or activities, great bonus structure, great benefits, company vehicle, company phone, company laptop and Ipad.

      Cons

      Some times you have to work late if there is a call in. (rarely)

      Some nights would take longer due to more trash, had to work in any weather

      Flexible schedule, location preference, quick collection, decent pay (worked indoors at apartment buildings)

      Cons

      No backup- if you are sick the supervisor must fill in if no one else is available. I didn't like to inconvenience him.
