Thank you for taking the time to share a review. I'm sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience during your time with Valet Living. Our District Managers have a challenging job and it’s true that working at Valet Living may not be for everyone. Related to your comment on associate feedback, we are working hard in this area. Each year we provide our associates the opportunity to provide feedback anonymously through or annual all associate survey. The results from this survey are used to identify opportunities and confirm strengths. We also continue to leverage a variety of internal tools to allow for open communication amongst our associates, given them the opportunity to share feedback directly and also stay up to date with organization changes. We recognize we have work to still do in this area and continue to work on improving how we collect feedback to make improvements.
