Severe lack of communication from the top to bottom. What is communicated seems to be shrouded in a lack of planning, direction and company problems. The offered "part time" of 3 to 4 hours turns into 5 to 8 especially with the high turnover and mismanagement of personnel.
There is no real room to advance. Taking on responsibility of higher up people with minimal compensation so they can sit around isn't advancement. Without clear job requirements, it can vary greatly depending on the management of the area.
All around, I don't think I have seen a company this lacking in documentation and job responsibilities.
