Pros

Valet Living continues to grow, strive, and innovate for a better way. We are constantly trying to be the best and remain the best in the multifamily amenity space. Your hard work is acknowledged and there’s overall a ton of opportunities that are at your fingertips. I’ve been here 7 years and I’ve been in 4 different roles. Each role has benefited my family and work life balance in a unique way.

Cons

If I had to say anything even remotely negative it would be that we do change and change yearly. I don’t think it’s a downside if you choose to get on board and jump in, but it could be a lot for someone who is not invested and focused on the company goals.

Thank you for the 5-star review and for being such a dedicated part of Valet Living for the past 7 years. We love hearing stories about your growth both professionally and personally. Growth and innovation are at the heart of what we do, and it's associates like you who help us stay ahead in the multifamily amenity space. We get that change can be a lot but love that you've seen it as an opportunity rather than a challenge. Being adaptable and focused on our goals is what keeps moving Valet Living forward, and having associates like you on the team makes all the difference. Your suggestion about monthly rewards and more contests is a great one! We're always looking for ways to keep things exciting and recognize our team's hard work, so we'll certainly take that into consideration. Thanks again for all you do. We truly appreciate you and are so happy to have you on the team!

Pros

The company support and benefits are great. They do try and train you but you're on your own since it's a remote job. You need to be a self starter and ok working alone.

Cons

The product is not worth it. You have to rely on bad part time employees to do a quality job which is picking up trash. It's hard to find someone to take that job who could work somewhere else for the same pay. You are always fixing problems but the solution isn't good enough all you can do is replace or retrain the valets. When residents screw up it's still our fault. The peoe who oversee operations are stretched thin and can't fix anything. I've also been through 3 mass firings in 2 years. The company is always letting people go to cut costs.
