Pros

There’s none that I can think of

Cons

Switched from salary to hourly Supposed to be an evening position but answering phone calls and emails from 8am to 11pm because account managers refuse to handle it If multiple people call out (which is almost every night), you’re are expected to collect trash on a budgeted amount of time but will be forced to stop every few minutes to handle work calls/texts. Therefore, hurting your budget time. All incentives have been taken away Very poor leadership that clearly only cares about budget cuts because they want to sell the company. The job description will constantly change, more workload for very little pay. No overtime allowed but you are expected to work off the clock and have your work phone by you at all hours.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recognize that change is difficult, and we appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns. The recent shift for Area Leaders was carefully planned and is being balanced by removing several responsibilities that were previously part of the role, many of which have been transitioned to centralized support teams. This shift is designed to allow our leaders to focus more on field execution and less on administrative tasks. We also made the decision to move from a split shift to a consistent nightly schedule to better align with our service hours and to create more stability and work/life balance for our associates. That said, we know challenges still arise during the day, and we're continuing to work through those as a team to ensure proper resource coverage and timely support when issues come up. We truly value your contributions and years of service. If you're open to it, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect directly and further understand your perspective. Pros

The company support and benefits are great. They do try and train you but you're on your own since it's a remote job. You need to be a self starter and ok working alone.

Cons

The product is not worth it. You have to rely on bad part time employees to do a quality job which is picking up trash. It's hard to find someone to take that job who could work somewhere else for the same pay. You are always fixing problems but the solution isn't good enough all you can do is replace or retrain the valets. When residents screw up it's still our fault. The peoe who oversee operations are stretched thin and can't fix anything. I've also been through 3 mass firings in 2 years. The company is always letting people go to cut costs.
