Thanks for sharing feedback. I would encourage you to send a detailed email with all concerns to HR team, and assure you of immediate action if genuine. Just to keep the record straight, we did not have any salary cuts in Covid-19. Yes our appraisal was delayed for 2 Months and became effective from June-20 instead of April-20. Which we believe is in upper quartiles of industry. Yes working in startup is bit challenging with expectation of being self driven and motivated. Our holy grain is performance which we review every month, we continuously keep evaluating performance. We never ask employees to leave without putting on PIP (Performance Improvement Plan), when there is no improvement we are forced to do so. In last 12 Months there have been only 2 PIP's. We still recommend you to formally reach out to grievances, but pls do no expect fake salary slips/ Appraisal letters or experience certificates. As most of employees post negative reviews after we deny such unethical requests. Thanks

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you value the fast-paced learning environment, ownership opportunities, fair compensation, and flexibility through our work-from-home policy. Staying aligned with the latest market trends and enabling continuous learning are key priorities for us. We acknowledge your point regarding occasional weekend work. While certain project phases may require additional effort, we are continuously working to improve planning and ensure better balance wherever possible. On the insurance front, we’d like to clarify that benefits like GMC are designed as a safety net for employees and their families, and the premium is fully borne by the company. We believe such coverage is essential, though we understand that individual preferences may vary. Your suggestion on offering more flexibility is noted, and we will evaluate it as we evolve our benefits structure. We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to continue sharing inputs as you grow with us.
