Pros
I spent four amazing years at Grover Gaming, and it’s honestly hard to put into words how much that experience meant to me. The company I knew and loved was built on genuine values—caring about people, doing the right thing, and always trying to make something better. Those weren’t just words on a wall; they were lived out every day. My role with Grover Gaming didn’t make it through the transition when the company was acquired, and I won’t lie—it broke my heart. But even so, I’m incredibly proud of the work that was accomplished during that time and grateful to have been part of a team that poured so much passion and purpose into everything that was created. When I look at Valicy Gaming, I can still see so much of that same heart and foundation that Grover was built on. The name may have changed, but the drive, the creativity, and the sense of purpose that started it all are still there. The people I worked with were some of the most creative, hardworking, and kind teammates I’ve ever had. We laughed a lot, worked hard, and pushed each other to grow. I learned so much—professionally and personally—and I’ll always be grateful for that chapter. Even though I am no longer a part of it all, Valicy Gaming, you will always have me cheering you on!
Cons
It's a technology company-so naturally, growth is fast and change will happen even faster-so be ready to pivot. However, that energy and pace were also part of what made it exciting.
